TulsaKids Cover Kid Contest is free of charge and open to children between 13 months - 18 years at the time the submitted photo was taken. Entrants must be residents of the state of Oklahoma. Cover Contest winners in previous years or children who have appeared on the cover of TulsaKids Magazine are not eligible to enter. Children of employees of TulsaKids Magazine are not eligible to enter.

Each child may be entered only once. Multiple submissions of the same child will result in the child being disqualified. Photos with multiple children in them will be disqualified. Twins, Triplets, etc. who have the same birthday may be entered together. In every other case, only one child per photo only. By entering your child, you agree that your child’s photo or likeness may be displayed on or be used for promotional purposes by TulsaKids Magazine in print, or online. Entries can be submitted by parents or legal guardians and must include a non-professional photo of the child taken within three months of submission. 

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Amateur photos only. 

The submission with the most votes by the end of the voting period, will be first notified and then announced by TulsaKids Magazine. 

Voters must be 13 years of age or older. 

The winner' parents or guardian will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. 

Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.

Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.

TulsaKids reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's office.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest. 

Entrants further grant to TulsaKids the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.

TulsaKids reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. 

The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, and/or Tulsa Kids. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. 

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
